This policy describes how Sokratech handles information collected through sokratech.io.
Who we are
This site, sokratech.io, is operated by Sokratech, a real-time fraud detection system (FDS) provider for banks and fintechs in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia. Sokratech is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at any time via our contact page or at contact@sokratech.io.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, institution, role, an optional topic, and your message. When you submit the form, your IP address is used momentarily to protect the form against abuse (rate limiting); it is not stored with your inquiry. Browsing this site does not require an account, and we do not collect personal information from visitors who simply read our pages.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If you schedule a meeting with us, scheduling happens on HubSpot's booking service at a separate address, where HubSpot's own privacy policy applies.
How we use it
We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry — product demos, RFP / RFI responses, security reviews, and similar requests — and to maintain our business relationship with you afterwards. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our team by email using Twilio SendGrid, which processes the submission solely to deliver it to us. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
In line with applicable data-protection law, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing. Send any such request through our contact page or to contact@sokratech.io and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
Security
Sokratech is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Information submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to the team members who handle your inquiry. Our security documentation is available at trust.sokratech.io.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top before the change takes effect.
